PLACING YOUR ORDER

All you need to do is drop us an email, whether you are a new customer, a regular or if you just want to learn more about what we do. If you're new to the game, give us a phone, we'll walk you through the details- we're here to make it easier!

When you order:

1. Let us know which coffee you want from our selection of Single Malts and Blends.
2. Notify us if you want your beans ground and if so, for what type of coffee machine.
3. Tell us where to deliver your freshly roasted coffee.
4. Please include your phone number if paying by credit card OR you can call in your payment details (519-616-0800).

Pricing: Our regular Single Malts and Blends are $15.99/lb, decaffeineated is $16.99/lb (including Half-Caf) check out our Coffee Selection page for a complete price list. If you are a first time customer, or would be interested to hear how you can save money as a regular customer you'll want to vist the Specials & Membership page.

Delivery: We roast once per week and we always roast extra beans to accommodate those last minute orders, but if it's important that your order is 100% guranteed please place your order by 3pm on Monday afternoon. Home deliveries are planned for Friday and costs just $2 with a one pound minimum order within K-W. For home deliveries outside K-W give a call as charges and minimum quantities depend on where you are located. Alternatively, you can pick up a bag of our coffee at one of the many retailers around the area, a list can be found on our Store Locations page.

Home Roasters: We have discontinued the sale of our Home Roasters because we have experienced too many problems with reliable supply. Details are on our Home Roasting page. But we continue to encourage you to seek out your own home roasters and we will continue to offer a home supply of green beans for sale.

Green Beans: For home roasters you will want to try roasting our green beans. All of our Single Malts are available at $10/lb for regular and $11/lb for decaffeinated. The minimum total order = 5lbs, but you can make this order up from a selection of beans so long as each type is a minimum of 1lb. If you order a minimum of 10lbs of green in total, a 10% discount will be applied to the cost of the beans. And remember that green beans can be stored for a year or more without losing any of their potential for making great coffee after roasting.
